Enable Multiple Translations to see 4 translation suggestions for each string. Also, if the engine detects the most relevant translation suggestion, it will be marked as High relevance.

In order to configure the machine translation engines, follow these steps:

1. Go to *Machine Translation* in the menu bar.
2. Fill in the credentials of the preferred translation engine.
3. Click *Update*.
