# Export multilingual CSV > Multilingual CSV bundle exporter URL: https://store.crowdin.com/multilingual-csv-export Category: File Formats Type: App Author: Awesome Crowdin Export multilingual CSV is useful when you need to generate `.csv` resource files for your application from your Crowdin project strings. This localization approach is often used when translating one application built for several platforms. For example, you can have an app for Android, iOS and Web platforms. Most of your strings are shared, but platforms can also have their own strings. To implement this translation strategy with Crowdin, you need to upload your strings from all your platforms to the Crowdin project, then create [Bundles](https://support.crowdin.com/bundles/) and use exporters to build resource files for every platform. Bundles can then be downloaded via Crowdin UI, API or even delivered to your consumers via [Crowdin OTA](https://support.crowdin.com/content-delivery/). ## Configuring Export multilingual CSV When creating or configuring the bundle, you will find a gear icon next to the Export multilingual CSV icon; click it to fine-tune the export options. ## Features | Feature | Value | | ------- | ----- | | File Extension | .csv | | [API Type](https://developer.crowdin.com/api/v2/#operation/api.projects.translations.exports.post) | multilingual-csv-export | | System | No | | Supports pluralization | No | | Configurable | Yes | | Handles Crowdin Unified Placeholders | No | ## Sample File ```csv "String ID","Source text","French","German","Italian","Context","Max.length","Labels" "1","String for translation 1","Chaîne pour la traduction 1","Zeichenfolge für die übersetzung 1","Stringa per la traduzione 1","Context for string 1","40","mobile_app" "2","String for translation 2","Chaîne pour la traduction 2","Zeichenfolge für die übersetzung 2","Stringa per la traduzione 2","Context for string 2","40","website" "3","String for translation 3","Chaîne pour la traduction 3","Zeichenfolge für die übersetzung 3","Stringa per la traduzione 3","Context for string 3","40","emails" ```
