Select the events you want to receive in your Microsoft Teams channel to collaborate more efficiently on new issues created by translators, keys added, or just to keep the team in the loop.
**Note: Since this app requires the Crowdin webhooks feature, it will not work on a free plan!**
**Note: This app can only be installed by a project owner or organization administrator!** ### Features at a glance - Granularity of settings per project - Multiple event types can be sent to a channel ## Microsoft Teams integration overview
### How to setup the Microsoft Teams integration? Once the application is installed, find it in your Project -> Tools section and follow the instructions. ![](https://developers.app.crowdin.net/api/media/file/9f66b37e-953e-4c67-b15b-8b15a22bb58b.png "Microsoft Teams Integration.") Follow these steps to finish the setup: 1. In Microsoft Teams, click the three dots next to the channel you want to receive notifications in and select **Workflows**. Select the **Send webhook alerts to a channel** template, choose the team and channel, and click **Save**. For more details, see [Send messages in Teams using incoming webhooks](https://support.microsoft.com/workflows/send-messages-in-teams-using-incoming-webhooks). 2. Copy the webhook URL from the workflow details page. The app sends notifications without an authentication token, so make sure the workflow's **When a Teams webhook request is received** trigger accepts requests from **Anyone**. 3. Open your Crowdin project and go to the **Tools** tab. 4. Click on **Microsoft Teams Integration** in the Tools list. 5. Paste the webhook URL you copied in step 2 into **Incoming Webhook URL**. 6. Select the events you'd like to receive notifications about. 7. Click **Save**. *Note:* This application requires a workflow in Microsoft Teams. If **Workflows** isn't available to you, ask your Teams admin to allow the Workflows app.
