### Getting Started

**1. Install App from Crowdin Store**

Find Vector Cloud in the Crowdin Store and install it to your organization.

**2. Configure Embedding Providers**

Connect your preferred embedding providers securely (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.).

**3. Select Crowdin Content**

Easily sync your existing Translation Memories (TMs) and Glossaries from your Crowdin account to the Vector Database.

**4. Enhance AI Prompts**

Activate the "Extend prompts by vector database" feature in your settings to ensure AI suggestions are always informed by your custom data.

**5. Upload Custom Documents**

Upload any other reference files you need—like style guides, product specifications, or legal documents. Supported formats include PDF, DOCX, CSV, and more.
