## Setting up the Webflow translation connector

After installing the application, you will find it in your project Integrations section.
Follow the instructions on the screen to connect your Webflow account. Then click **Settings**, select your site in **Site**, and map each target language to a Webflow secondary locale (or set it to **Do not sync**). The app synchronizes new secondary locales and target languages once you map them there.

## Manual synchronization

To import content for translation from Webflow, follow these steps:

1. Open the Webflow integration.
2. In the Webflow section (right panel), select the files that should be translated.
3. Click Sync.

To export translations to Webflow, follow these steps:

1. Open the Webflow integration.
2. In the left section, select the files that will be synced to Webflow.
3. Click Sync to Webflow.

To make the translations live, publish your site in Webflow.

## Importing existing translations from Webflow

To add translations that your Webflow locales already contain (for example, from Webflow's AI translation), follow these steps:

1. Open the Webflow integration.
2. In the Webflow section (right panel), select the files.
3. Open the menu next to **Sync to** and select **Translations: Sync to Crowdin**.

For Collection items, the app adds the content of each mapped locale as translations, ready for review. Content that a locale still inherits from the primary locale stays open for translation in Crowdin.

## Auto content synchronization

To synchronize content automatically, follow these steps:

1. Open the Webflow integration and click **Settings**.
2. In **Sync schedule**, select how often to synchronize.
3. To import source content on schedule, right-click a file in the Webflow section (right panel) and select **Enable Auto Sync**.
4. To export translations on schedule, right-click a file in the left section and select **Enable Auto Sync**.

To stop auto sync for a file, right-click it and select **Disable Auto Sync**.

To export only the files that are 100% translated or approved in a language, select **Export translated only** or **Export approved only** in **Files export settings**.

## What Our Clients Say

> We use Crowdin AI to automatically translate our Webflow pages & CMS items into 10 languages. Those translations are increasing the amount of traffic each page gets by 30-100%+ each. It’s easy to do, and it lets us squeeze more value out of every piece of work.

> – Ryan Prior, Head of Marketing, Modash

> Crowdin’s smart orchestration of TM and Dictionary data with AI models allowed us to push AI’s translation capabilities to their fullest.
>
> – Andre Teixeira, Growth & Digital Marketing Manager, Unicontrol

> Webflow has been the backbone of our GTM engine for years, and Crowdin’s integration is what unlocked true global scale. We update our site constantly, and the Crowdin\<\>Webflow sync meant we could localize thousands of pages with almost no manual effort. It’s rare to find tools that expand what a small marketing team can achieve, however this workflow genuinely did that for us.

> At Deriv, we are building an AI-first localisation engine. The combination of Crowdin and Webflow unlocks this by eliminating manual steps and scaling initial translation work. We continue to refine the output for natural nuance, but our trajectory is set: maximum automation and rapid delivery across every language we support.
