AI Debug writes a log of the AI requests and responses for debugging purposes.

Description

This app is designed to help you debug requests your Crowdin account makes to AI providers. It acts as a proxy between Crowdin and the AI provider, recording both the requests and responses, and presenting them here for your analysis.

Important

Before using this app, ensure you have at least one AI provider configured in your Crowdin account.

Getting Started

Follow these steps to begin debugging your AI interactions:

Configure AI Debug:

• Go to AI → Providers in your Crowdin account.
• Click on AI Debug.
• Select your AI provider and enter the model name.
• Configure additional options based on your AI provider's features.

Set Up a Prompt:

• Navigate to AI → Prompts.
• Create a new prompt or edit an existing one.
• Choose AI Debug as the provider and select the model you configured in step 1.

Execute the Prompt:

• Run a pre-translation of a test file.
• Or open the Crowdin editor if you have AI configured for translation suggestions or as an AI Assistant.

View Debug Information:

• Return to the AI Debug app screen.
• Click the Reload button or refresh the page to see your debug information.

Note: This application is designed to debug OpenAI integrations and may not be compatible with other AI providers.

The application is intended to be used to debug pre-translation prompts and AI suggestion prompts in the editor. There are known issues with the use of tools by the model and streaming (e.g. used by the AI assistant in the editor).

Note: The application will only keep track of the last 100 requests.
