Ensure consistent date formats across all translations

This check ensures that the date format is consistent between the source and translated texts. The default configuration assumes that the date format is MM/DD/YYYYY in the source and DD-MM-YYYY in the translation for simplicity. Customize the code if you need to use this check in a subset of your target languages, or if the format of the source or target is different.
