Integrate your Certainly bot with Crowdin to automate multilingual replies the same way as replies in the first language. Once you create a chatbot in one language, you can use it in other languages. Send source texts to Crowdin, translate them, and the chatbot will be using your translations to communicate in other languages.

Before using two platforms together, you need to create  a chatbot with Certainly and an account in Crowdin.
