Client Portal is a Crowdin app that allows you to manage translation requests within your company.
Company employees won't have to use Crowdin to request translations for the content they need translated.
Once installed, a manager can select the workflows that will be available to requesters. Both automated workflows (which would only include selected machine translation engines) and workflows with professional translators can be selected.
After configuring the application, a manager receives a URL that can be shared with teams.
Each requester should have a Crowdin Enterprise account. No permissions or access to the translation environment are required. The Crowdin account is used to verify that a user is part of an organization.
Users without admin or manager access don't count against your Crowdin quota, so it doesn't affect your Crowdin subscription price.
A manager will be notified about every new request from teams. A requester can also choose to be notified when a project is completed.
Note: An application will only notify a requestor when progress is 100% translated or 100% translated and approved.
Note: Workflow templates in the Client Portal should not have pre-selected target languages. The requestor will choose target languages when requesting translations. If a workflow template has pre-configured target languages, the app will give an error.
Crowdin is a platform that helps you manage and translate content into different languages. Integrate Crowdin with your repo, CMS, or other systems. Source content is always up to date for your translators, and translated content is returned automatically.
