Setting up the Salesforce Knowledge localization connector

After installing the application, you will find it in your project Integrations section.

Follow the instructions on the screen to connect your Salesforce Knowledge account.

Manual synchronization

Follow these steps to import content for translation and begin the Salesforce Knowledge internationalization process:

1. Open the Salesforce Knowledge integration.
2. In the Salesforce Knowledge section (right panel), select the files that should be translated.
3. Click Sync.

To export translations to Salesforce Knowledge, follow these steps:

1. Open the Salesforce Knowledge integration.
2. In the left section, select the files that will be synced to Salesforce Knowledge.
3. Click Sync to Salesforce Knowledge.
