While this connector is in beta, there are several limitations implies:

• Pages preview in Crowdin is not 100% acurate. Translators might need to switch to the Strings List view in the editor to translate all texts.

• Images are not synchronized back into Notion translated pages as current Notion API does not allow that.

• When updating Notion translate page it will be re-created thus your comments inside translated pages will be lost.

Setting up the Notion connector

After installing the application, you will find it in your project Integrations section.

Follow the instructions on the screen to connect your Notion account.

Manual synchronization

To import content for translation from Notion, follow these steps:

1. Open the Notion integration.
2. In the Notion section (right panel), select the files that should be translated.
3. Click Sync.

To export translations to Notion, follow these steps:

1. Open the Notion integration.
2. In the left section, select the files that will be synced to Notion.
3. Click Sync to Notion.

Auto content synchronization

To automatically import content for translation from Notion choose files and click Scheduled sync in the right panel in the Notion integration. The file you chose will be pushed once at a scheduled time (by default, it is done once a day). The same button is used to export translated files from Crowdin to Notion (in the left panel). You may disable this by clicking Disable Sync.
