This Crowdin app generates multilingual VDF files for Steamworks. It's particularly useful for translating achievements: you upload a single-language VDF with your source achievements, translate in Crowdin, then export as one multilingual VDF containing source and all translations—much simpler to import into Steam than handling separate files per language.
