Automate translation time tracking and reporting

Automate translation time tracking with this app. Project managers and owners can install this app for their projects.

Translators will be able to see the time tracking in the translation editor, where they'll be able to pause or resume tracking. By default, time tracking starts at the moment the translator starts working in the editor.

Currently, report on translation time can be downloaded from the project settings > applications by project manager or owner.
