The Workflow Delay app lets you pause your workflow and bundle your text together. Instead of trickling strings through one by one, you can collect them and release them all at once.
- By holding strings back for a few hours, you send the AI a complete block of text rather than fragmented lines. The AI can read the surrounding context, which means much more accurate translations and less time spent fixing errors later.
- Instead of sending your translators or proofreaders a notification every single time a developer pushes a tiny copy fix, you can group updates into a clean, predictable daily batch.
- Prevent half-translated files from being published. You can stop a file from hitting the next step until every single line in it is completely translated.
Once installed, the app adds two new blocks to your Workflow Editor:
Pauses your strings and releases them on a timer. You can set it to hold text for 1, 3, 6, 12, or 24 hours.

Holds the file at a specific step until 100% of the text is ready for all your project languages.
