Zeta Global localization with Crowdin

Translate your Zeta Global content with ease. Setup integration once, define your localization workflow and spend less time managing translations.

Zeta Global is a marketing technology platform used by brands to engage customers across email and other channels. This app connects Zeta Global's email templates to Crowdin so teams can localize them as part of their regular translation workflow.

Note: Zeta Global templates and snippets can be authored in either Visual (drag-and-drop) or HTML mode. Both are supported for translation, but translated copies are always written back as HTML-mode items — this is a Zeta Global API limitation (the Visual builder's structured content isn't exposed, only the rendered HTML), so translations of Visual-mode originals won't be editable in the visual builder.

Setting up the Zeta Global connector

After installing the application, you will find it in your project Integrations section.

Follow the instructions on the screen to connect your Zeta Global account.

Manual synchronization

To import content for translation from Zeta Global, follow these steps:

1. Open the Zeta Global integration.
2. In the Zeta Global section (right panel), select the files that should be translated.
3. Click Sync.

To export translations to Zeta Global, follow these steps:

1. Open the Zeta Global integration.
2. In the left section, select the files that will be synced to Zeta Global.
3. Click Sync to Zeta Global.

Auto content synchronization

To automatically import content for translation from Zeta Global choose files and click Scheduled sync in the right panel in the Zeta Global integration. The file you chose will be pushed once at a scheduled time (by default, it is done once a day). The same button is used to export translated files from Crowdin to Zeta Global (in the left panel). You may disable this by clicking Disable Sync.
